Valley Community Church is seeking a relational, gospel-centered leader to serve as our Connections & Women’s Ministry Director. This unique role exists to help people feel known, welcomed, and rooted in the life of our church—from first-time guests to longtime members.
As Connections Director, you’ll lead the charge in creating a culture of hospitality, overseeing our Sunday welcome teams, and guiding newcomers into meaningful next steps like membership, groups, and serving.
As Women’s Ministry Director, you’ll shepherd the women of VCC by developing Bible studies, coordinating events, and cultivating a team that helps women flourish as apprentices of Jesus.
