Easter: Of First Importance

Easter meets us right where we are: In our questions. In our hopes. In our weariness and our longings. Easter is the good news of God's intervening love and gracious activity that has entered into history and changed everything!

Through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus, a new way of life has been opened to us. In 1 Corinthians 15, the apostle Paul brings us back to what he calls “of first importance.” At the center of the Christian story is this simple and profound truth: that Jesus Christ died for our sins, was buried, and was raised again. And because of that, hope is not lost, grace is not out of reach, and your story is not finished.
